Agili-T’s Customer Experience Measurement platform enables retailers to improve profitability by providing them with the capability to measure, manage and enhance the quality of their customers' experiences through point-of-experience deployments of Web, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and SMS feedback technologies, combined with real-time, easy to understand management reporting. Agili-T’s technology platform is ideal for multi-location retailers and consumer-facing companies who want to gain a continuous view of operations as seen through the eyes of their most important asset: their customers.

Agili-T is looking to hire a Director of Marketing Research & Client Services to develop and lead our professional services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of research methodologies from design to analysis and reporting. He/She will possess a strong understanding of a broad range of market research methods, tools, analytics as well as an awareness of industry best practices in quantitative and qualitative research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of research methodologies as it pertains to Agili-T’s business and products
  • Manage multiple research projects
  • Design of questionnaires
  • Determine research, methodology development, data collection (online, telephone, paper, etc.) analyzing/interpreting data and writing reports
  • Presentation of reports to various clients
  • Responsible for all tasks associated with timely and cost effective completion of research projects
  • Responsible for project management and related client service activities
  • Pre-sales assistance and proposal writing
  • Build and lead a highly functional client-oriented team
  • Provide continuous product development input for Agili-T Customer Experience Management platform

Requirements:

  • 8+ years consumer marketing research experience on either the client or supplier side
  • Undergraduate, graduate or post-graduate degree (major in Psychology, Business or Statistics/Math preferred)
  • Strong leadership capabilities with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in conducting customer satisfaction / customer experience measurement research
  • Excellent knowledge of basic and ideally advanced statistical analysis techniques (crosstabs, variance testing, multivariate analysis, conjoint analysis, Structural Equation Modeling, etc…)
  • Extensive experience managing research projects from planning through client presentation
  • Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects from beginning to end
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
  • Knowledge of statistical applications such as SPSS an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French)
