Our Founders

Before founding the Agili-T Group, Richard accumulated over 20 years of entrepreneurial business experience in both technology and non-technology fields. He brings a unique combination of skills in management, sales, marketing and Information Technology consulting to clients. Driven by his immense passion and backed by his applied business experience, Richard has devoted himself towards helping companies grow their businesses profitably through increased customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

Prior to Agili-T, Richard owned, built and operated businesses in a variety of industry sectors providing him with a wealth of experience on the front lines of business. He was nominated for the Montreal Marketing Association's "Marketing Personality of the Year" in 2002 and in 2004. He is also an active member of the Professional Marketing Research Society (PMRS). Richard is a graduate of McGill University.

With 20 years of Information Technology (IT) experience Steve Perrone joined the Agili-T Group as the Vice President & CTO. Steve is a decisive IT leader who has honed his skills while working for a diverse set of industries starting with aeronautical engineering followed by manufacturing, distribution, and advertising.

Steve has held several management positions where he acquired operations and business skills, notably as the North American Director of Information Technology for Trader Classified Media. Steve is highly focused on building, coaching, mentoring and motivating synergetic teams made up of both technology and business people. Observant of the business landscape, Steve is constantly prospecting and strategizing to deliver tangible business results. Although a strong believer of planning, Steve is stimulated by the prospect of finding opportunities during moments of crisis.
