Agili-T to Develop Patient Satisfaction Measurement Plan for Eastern Health
Will design and implement a comprehensive patient satisfaction program for largest regional health authority in Atlantic Canada

Agili-T Health Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract by the Eastern Health authority (www.easternhealth.ca) of Newfoundland and Labrador to design and implement a comprehensive patient satisfaction program. Commencement of the project begins in October 2009 with full implementation expected for early 2010.

Montérégie Health Board Selects Androfact
Androfact healthcare survey system to become cornerstone for patient satisfaction measurement and quality improvement strategy

The Montérégie Regional Health Board has selected Androfact™, Agili-T’s healthcare surveying system to be implemented throughout the entire region as the standardized platform for measuring and reporting on patient satisfaction. Health Quality Council of Alberta Selects Agili-T to Measure Provincial Long Term Care Satisfaction

Agili-T Health Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the Health Quality Council of Alberta to conduct the provincial long term care family survey. The survey represents a comprehensive assessment of the quality of care provided to individuals living in a publically-funded Alberta nursing home. Approximately 12,000 family members of long term care residents are asked to provide their opinion about visiting the resident, their experience with staff at the facility, their opinion about the physical environment, the care their family member receives, the administration of the facility and their role in relation to the resident. The survey was officially launched in October 2007 and is nearing completion with results expected to be published on the HQCA web site in the coming months. Download a pdf of the Press Release.

Capital Health Chooses Agili-T to Measure Patient Satisfaction

Will manage in-patient and out-patient surveys for next 3 years

Capital District Health Authority, the largest integrated academic health district in the Maritimes, has selected Agili-T to manage all its patient satisfaction surveying over the next 3 years. Capital Health which covers consists the Halifax Regional Municipality and western Hants County in Nova Scotia, provides core health services to nearly 400,000 people.

“We looked at survey options and vendors across Canada and selected Agili-T because they we arable to fit our needs” says Pauline MacDonald, Quality Consultant for Capital Health. “Agili-T offers us the opportunity to gather patient feedback cost effectively and efficiently. We can analyze results by facility and service, and prepare manager / director specific reports” say Mrs. MacDonald. “We also have comparator data because other Nova Scotia districts have adopted Agili-T’s approach and tools. We expect this will improve our patient feedback mechanism and enable us to better guide our quality improvement efforts.” Download a pdf of the Press Release.
